During his time there, his main focus was providing advice to clients in the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire areas. Before joining CBRE, Johnny held an executive position as the Vice President of the Asia Pacific International Center at HSBC Bank. Drawing on his previous experiences at both CBRE and HSBC, he has achieved great success in offering guidance to homeowners and investors on the latest trends in the local and regional markets. Johnny’s primary focus areas are Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, and the San Gabriel Valley. By expanding the existing client base of the Tseng Group, he continues to expand his business portfolio.

She came to the States at the age of 14 and was raised bilingually in English & Mandarin Chinese. Amy was introduced to the real estate business right after graduating from high school by her father, who is a licensed appraiser and broker, and she has dedicated her career into the field ever since.
